A WHOLE BUNCH OF DELICIOUS GRAPES

While the common belief out there seems to be that champagne is made of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, in reality this is actually a bit more complicated than that. 

Seven grape varietals are allowed under the Appellation d’Origine in the region of Champagne – and they all have their own history, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
