Champagne Pierre Brocard Bulles de Blancs Millésime 2006 Extra-Brut

Upright with a creamy structure and very soft mouthfeel despite it’s vivid acidity. White flowers and delicate citrus fruit at the start, developing a delicious point of bitterness with a hint of soy sauce in the long finish.

100% Chardonnay. Dosage 4g/liter.

Champagne Pierre Brocard Contrée 2006 Extra-Brut

A generous champagne with notes of chestnut, nougat, salt caramel and milk chocolate. Once it opens up, blackberry, a bit of cassis and violet join the show.

100% Pinot Noir. Unfiltered and unfined.

Champagne Pierre Brocard “Wild Wild Yeast” Coteaux Champenois Rouge

Intense sour cherry and grape juice nose. On the palate woodland strawberries and, again, cherry, followed by an earthy undertone, flowery notes of violet and the deep fruitiness of blackberry shining through after the wine opens up. Immensely juicy, light and refined, balancing between playfulness and serious singularity.

100% Pinot Noir. Unfiltered, unfined, no sulphites.
