Champagne Alfred Gratien Cuvée Paradis 2008

Rich and abundantly creamy texture with vanilla, tonka bean, and subtle spices, underlined by dried apricot and sweet mulberry. Fresh butter notes are contrasted by a lively acidity. 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir from 15 different crus. Dosage 8g/l.
