A generous champagne with notes of chestnut, nougat, salt caramel and milk chocolate. Once it opens up, blackberry, a bit of cassis and violet join the show.

Intense sour cherry and grape juice nose. On the palate woodland strawberries and, again, cherry, followed by an earthy undertone, flowery notes of violet and the deep fruitiness of blackberry shining through after the wine opens up. Immensely juicy, light and refined, balancing between playfulness and serious singularity.
