Tasting | Champagne Moussé & Fils

Champagne Moussé & Fils L’Extra Or d’Eugène

A very pure expression of the dark fruit notes of Meunier. Pecans, rye bread, oxidative notes from the solera and hints of cedar, all integrated with lots of freshness.

80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir. 50% of reserve wine from a solera. Late disgorged. Dosage 1g/liter.

Champagne Moussé & Fils Spécial Club 2012

Intense white peach and english shortbread, salted butter caramel and honey-sesame-nougatine, hints of dark blackberry in the long, juicy finish. Lots of extract and density. 100% Pinot Meunier. Single vineyard “Les Fortes Terres”.

Dosage 4g/liter.

Champagne Moussé & Fils Spécial Club Rosé de Saignée 2012

Straightforward and serious in its fruitiness but very elegant despite its slightly bossy attitude. Woodland strawberries and great vinosity, along with great tension.

100% Pinot Meunier. Cold-maceration during 72 hours. Barrel-fermented, unfiltered, blocked malolactic fermentation. Dosage 2g/liter
