Champagne Bollinger Spécial Cuvée Brut

Dried apricots, sweet brioche, with subtle hints of dark red fruit and star fruit. Generous and creamy, gentle in the mouth.

55% Pinot Noir, 45% reserve wines (made from 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier). Dosage 9g/liter.

Champagne Bollinger Rosé Brut

Red currants, sour cherry, small red fruits. Creamy back structure but still very refined and fresh, with that vinous note and a small hint of nutty bitterness in the finish.

Dosage 8g/liter. 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier. 5% Côteaux Champenois red wine added.

Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année 2005

Very generous, creamy and deliciously mouth-filling. An initial impression of ripe mirabelle, apricot and orange confit on a slice of rye bread with toasted brioche notes, as well as hazelnut and a touch of vanilla and honey. Star fruit and a touch of berries appear, followed by a slightly earthy and generously creamy, long and complex finish.

70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Dosage 7g/liter. Ten years on lees.
