Champagne Apollonis Authentic Meunier

Soft and fruity, beautiful redcurrant and dried apricots, lots of delicate fresh hazelnut notes as well as a hint of golden yellow apples. A lovely aperitif that will give pleasure to many.

100% Meunier. Vintage 2013 blended with 50% reserve wines. Dosage 9g/liter.

 

Champagne Apollonis Patrimony Brut

Elegance and subtle strength, with roasted pecans, a touch of orange confit and peach skin. Fine spices with blackberry and ………

70% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay. Blend of vintages 2011 and 2012. Dosage 9g/liter.

 

Champagne Apollonis Monodie 2007

Dark nut flavors, rye bread, walnut liqueur, underwood notes and a hint of grilled mushrooms and nut butter. Lots of lively acidity, great tension, very smooth structure and long finish.

100% Meunier. Old vines from a 1942 planting. Ageing with music. Dosage 5g/liter.
